what you can expect:  For Children

Because we are so excited to have so many young children running around, we have put many of our resources so far into creating ministries that we think will benefit them the most.

Nursery

Our Water Babies nursery is a safe and loving place for children up to 24 months old. It is staffed by a consistent and friendly staff, who have been background checked for safety and who follow “Safe Sanctuary” policies to keep your children safe at all times. The nursery also has clean, safe and age-appropriate toys so your kids can develop while they play. We use a paging system to notify you if your child has an emergency or needs you for some reason. Otherwise, we hope you'll go enjoy worship and focus on God!

 Splash Zone Children's Church

Although we always welcome and actually encourage kids in the worship experience, we know that the early years are hardest for kids to participate in worship. So we created the Splash Zone Children's church for kids age 3-5 that starts immediately following the Children's Time in the main worship experience. When the pastor releases the kids, you have the option of taking your 3-5 year old kids to the Splash Zone, where they will have a worship experience just for them. It includes singing, a craft, a Bible Story time, and games that all reinforce the Children's message. Their message is usually the same as the one you heard as well so you can talk about what you learned on the way home!

 Wet-n-Wild – where families learn together

We believe that parents, not the church, are the primary teachers of their children about Christ. And yet, so many parents don't feel equipped to do that. So we're planning to try something different . . . a Family learning experience aimed at elementary-aged students with music, skits and videos aimed at children, but with a small group discussion and prayer time where the parents are the small group leaders of their own children.
