The Watershed Church is all about families and community, which is why we love to provide great family events that are Christ-centered and free of charge! The entire community is invited to join the celebration at our 3rd annual Easter Fest on Saturday, April 3rd, at League Park in historic League City. The day begins promptly at 10am with an enormous egg hunt (divided by age groups) that you won’t want to miss, and continues until noon with fun for the whole family at our petting zoo, inflatable games, face painting, games, races, sno-cones, photo ops, an Easter story time, craft, and more. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to register for free armbands and receive a free gift just for coming. We’re a growing church with a growing impact for Christ in the Bay Area!
Egg Donations: If you'd like to donate eggs to help us meet our goal of 8,000+ eggs, simply follow the steps below.
* Fill plastic eggs with small toys, stickers, or individually-wrapped candy (no confetti or chocolate, please).
* Tape them shut.
* Label bags with what’s inside (gum, candy, toys, stickers, etc..) and appropriate age group (0-2, 3-5, K-2nd, or 3rd-5th).
This is important both for safety and so that we can divide eggs so that each group gets fun stuff!
* Deliver them to the Neelys by Wednesday, March 31st (at the Holy Week Service).
Volunteers: To volunteer for this event, please contact ginger@thewatershedchurch.com. Adults and youth are needed to supervise crafts, paint faces, make sno-cones, monitor bouncy houses, hide eggs, help set-up and tear-down, pass out armbands, and much more! Even if you only have an hour to spare, we can put you to good use. It's also a great opportunity for youth to earn community service hours for Honor Society or scouts!
