Our Story

In September of 2007, Pastor Matt Neely and his family were called to start a new church in the Bay Area of Houston. The goal was to start a church that was known for its love, compassion and generosity - one that would live in such a way that others would be drawn to Jesus, rather than repelled.

With a small group of committed friends from our mother church at Clear Lake UMC, we began with about 35 people in the Neely's living room until beginning weekly worship in early 2008. Five years later, we're growing and deepening every day and we're building our first phase site to be completed by the end of 2012.

It's been a crazy journey, but God is just getting started. We're strenghtening our ministry with children, youth, adults and service to the community. Come join the story and help us be the church God wants us to be!
